OUR ACTIVITIES

Baptism
Usually on Saturdays and Sundays in St. Augustine's Church during or out of Mass. The bookings should be made at least one month in advance.

Weddings

It is necessary to make an appointment six months before the wedding. Paperwork should be set two months before wedding.

Confessions
Half an hour before each Mass

The visiting of old and sick people
According to particular needs and also by appointment. Usually once a week to the hospitals of Canberra.

Prayer groups
1.' Precious Blood Prayer Group' meet every Friday at 10.00 am at the Chapel in Belconnen Mall.

2, 'Precious Blood Prayer Group' from Queanbeyan meets every Tuesday at 6.00pm in St. Gregory's church in Queanbeyan.


Devotions
1. To the Sacred Heart of Jesus - Mass every first Friday of the month at St. Augustine's church, Farrer, at 9.00 am. After that: The Exposition and solemn blessing with the Blessed Sacrament.

2. Rosary - is prayed together every day at 6.00pm at St. Augustine's church, Farrer, before evening Mass. Rosary is also prayed every Sunday before Mass at 10.30am in St. Augustine's church at Farrer.

3. The Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament: every Thursday after evening Mass - an hour of Adoration in St. Augustine's church at Farrer.

4. Stations of the Cross: Every Lenten Friday at 6.00pm and on Lenten Sundays at 10.00am in St. Augustine's church at Farrer, before the commencement of Sunday Mass at 10.30am.

Church choir
Practice is held on Monday at 6,30pm at the Croatian Catholic Centre, Farrer.
